Hi Sean,
Just wanted to let you know I was very impressed with Matt coming our here at 10:00 PM one Sunday night & temporarily mending our deck so that heavy rains (which never came) wouldn't cause damage.
The repairs done 1/13/09 look good, & I expect will soon blend with the rest of the area.
The only thing that remains is a small repair under my door which Matt plans to do after we paint the building when my door will be raised.
Please forward this to Matt & his crew & the powers that be.
Thanks
Happy New Year.

Overall every thing went fine. The notices that were put out three days in advance set the tone. Things ran smoothly with the exception of some light rain and the fires at the end of October.
Mario was great in his role of heading up the work crews. He and I had a great communication and working relationship. I received several positive comments from condo owners etc.
If there was a problem it had to do with the billing in phases. I had requested these come through me, but in one or two cases they went to Tritz Management without my knowledge. The reason I wanted them to come through me was to double check to determine all was in line. However, after speaking to different people, things got accomplished. Jessica should receive the last payment today, in the amount of $5,423.84.
Speak with you folks in about three or four years.

Kudos to Oscar, Bill and all of the WICR team.
I received two “Atta Boys” from two separate customers today. The first was with the City Scene’s project where Oscar and his lead man Max were praised by the board of directors for a wonderful job. I just finished walking the project with Bob Borrego and they commented on what a great job we were doing. Everything went smooooth; from scheduling, through production, to customer service and accounting.
The second was from Tom Wilson at the Camelot project. Two different sources recommended WICR. He said you could not buy that type of recommendation so we must have earned it. Both people who referred us said they should not call anyone else but us!

New Year's Day, 1/1/11, 1:00 PM PST
Dear Sir or Madam:
This email commends Sean Krubinski who evaluated some leaks our HOA has.
He stayed long enough to take measurements and to conduct a few informal flood tests. His patience and thoroughness helped us identify the exact source of four (4) different leaks.
And he refused to accept a $20 gratuity he more than earned.
We look forward to his written estimates.
Many thanks for sending Sean out and for having a table at the Community Association Institute (CAI-GLAC) at the Skirball.
Cordially,
Richard Olivas, HOA Treasurer

Hi Steven,
Well, Adrian was here to check on the water test and gave it a heads up!! They look beautiful and am very please about the job and everyone's expertise and willingness to please. What a great team you work with! A lovely job was completed! I just received the last bill and I'm sending the check off today.
I would love to talk to you about warranty and how to take care of the decks. Like what do I do when I'm painting my stucco or railings and happen to get paint on the deck? Stuff like that. I think you mentioned the warranty and the maintenance before but I cant seem to find this info. One small thing. While the guys were working in the yard below me, they leveled 3 of my bushes and I'm not sure they will grow back...if they don't show signs of growing back, do you think WICR could reimburse me 3 Pink lady 10 gallon plants? If not, don't fret about it. I'm taking photos and sending them off to dad tonight. Thank you so much Steve for your council, your patience, and all your brain power and creative thinking that goes outside the box...you are the best!! xx Lynn Lynn |

Good morning, Sean.
I just wanted to let you know how satisfied I am with the work that WICR did last week on my two decks, they look great and feel better underfoot. I wanted to also let you know that I appreciated very much the manner in which the work was performed. Reuben did a great job and kept me informed on what was going on and when the work would be done. After seeing what was done, I imagine that the initial work done for the developer perhaps was not as complete, perhaps due to his budget problems. My only question is how often should they be inspected and do I contact you to arrange that? I don't want them to deteriorate again, and want to do all of the preventive maintenance necessary to avoid that in the future and to maintain the warranty. I haven't talked to any other resident in Palomino about the work that was done, but I thought you should know, that if asked, I intend to simply tell them that I am very satisfied with the work that was done and that it was apparent that the condition of my decks required professional attention and I'm glad that I pursued it in that manner. There will be no discussion of price, if that matters to you. Thanks again, Sean and thanks to all of your coworkers for their help in taking care of this project. Fred |
